School of Dialogue and Facilitation
“School of Dialogue and Facilitation” is a programme led by the Ukrainian-Danish Youth House for young Ukrainians, focusing on teaching future dialogue trainers. The young participants learn how to use dialogue as a method to practice and engage in constructive conversations. The programme equips them with tools to be used in their youth organisations in the future, enabling them to take on the role of facilitator and create open and trust-based conversations where all voices are heard. The first training took place in November 2022, followed by sessions in spring and autumn 2023. A total of 66 young people have participated in the training, and notably, 70% of the participants have completed their own dialogue courses in their communities.
