Voices of Violence

The equality project Voices of Violence was centered around a video exhibition. Here Danish, Icelandic, Baltic, and Belarusian actors performed anonymously submitted stories about sexism, harassment, and violence. In the exhibition, visitors could contribute with their own stories. This resulted in a platform with new insights on this important and severe topic.

Voices of Violence – an online and physical exhibition

The exhibition can be accessed online but could also be experienced physically in the three capitals of the Baltic States in 2021. The openings were accompanied by events focusing on panel discussions with Nordic and local experts – among were the Danish debater and activist Emma Holten. Due to the sociopolitical situation in Belarus, the opening and exhibition there were only available digitally. The exhibition is expected to come to Denmark during 2022.
