Beijing Design Week – first week
Copenhagen is the official guest city for Beijing Design Week, taking place from September 25 – October 5, 2018.
A large Danish cultural program is planned for BDW in Danish Cultural Center in 798 Arts District, as well as several Danish companies will move to Beijing’s creative 751 D-Park and 798 Art District and present Danish’s lifestyle, culture and sustainable urban developments. Danish Cultural Center is also venue for some of these activities.
The cultural program is featuring Danish films – A Fortunate Man by Bille August, exhibition on film locations in Copenhagen, electronic music and sustainable cities.
The exhibition Beijing_Dialogue_Copenhagen on urban transformation in Copenhagen and Beijing will stage the activities in DCC the whole of BDW. The exhibition presents Beijing-projects by students at KADK and Copenhagen-projects by students at CAFA in Beijing.
